First off, the embroidery on this dress is absolutely gorgeous. I feel like a freaking mother earth garden goddess with it on. I ordered an XL based on their size chart. I usually wear a L at 172 lbs, 5'7, 36C, 30" waist, 44" hips. I actually wish I had just ordered my usual size. There's plenty of room throughout, even in the arms (which tbh after the past year in the pandemic, a lot of things are too snug on my arms but this wasn't and I think it would have been fine in my normal L as well). The waist is elasticized so even though it's a little big I think there's still enough definition. The dress on the model looks like tea length, which is what I wanted and what I got. If you want it to be a true maxi I guess you may want to look for something else because I don't think that's what this is meant to be. My biggest complaint comes with the neckline really. Like someone else mentioned, there is really no front or back... which is weird. So no matter which way I put it on, the neckline does not have a round or jewel neck on me. It comes up much higher and is more like a boat neck without the wide opening. I don't find that very flattering on me. I am still debating on if I should return it, but the embroidery is so gorgeous that I kind of can't stand to part with it! I may see if a tailor can do anything about the neckline because it would be worth it if it's possible. Lastly, as others mentioned, the slip is separate but is included so you can use something else entirely if you want to. I tried it with a v neck dress underneath which I thought looked better and was more comfortable for me.So the fabric is beautiful. The size is extremely small. I wear a 18 and the 5XL barely fit. One seam was ripped. Decided to return it BUT the company is a Canadian address so it cost me $30.00 to send it and the black one back. I wish I had known it has to be returned to Canada, I wouldn’t have wasted my money buying and returning it. But the seller is very pleasant and easy to deal with.This dress is cute but I added 3 sizes up like many reviews said and it’s too large. It looks frumpy on so I ordered a satin sash to cinch up the waist and hopefully it looks better.Me gustó de largo, lo único que me uniera gustado que la blusa estuviera lan abajo como ala altura de la sincera para no verme como que es vara de embarazada ?I was so worried about how this was going to fit because usually with Asian sizing I need a double XL and after reading reviews, I felt like a large would be the best bet because everyone said that the mess part was kind of loose anyway and someone said that the XL had more of an empire waist and the large had more of a regular waist and I really wanted the regular waist. I was planning on just putting the black under dress in the Donate pile cuz I couldn't imagine that it would even remotely fit me but it fits great even though it is a little loose but I don't mind because I'm going to wear a belt with it. My bust is 36 in my waist is 29 in and my hips are 42 in and I am still shocked that the large fits great!I'm 5'6 and 210 pounds, with most my weight going to my tummy area. My chest size is bigger but not huge, I wear about 38D bra. I ordered the 3XL and it was too small. It was tight in my shoulders, arms, chest area and the waist hit me just under the breasts and is more like a empire waisted dress. This dress fits more like an XL or XXL. I will say the bottom half of the dress fits perfectly, the skirt portion hits just above my ankle and is lovely, perfect length for my height.The dress is beautiful, really, the embroidery is higher quality than I was expecting. The material is a bit itchy, but would not prevent me from wearing it and I expected as much from this dress. I'm in the process of losing weight and think I will keep this dress instead of ordering a size up. I'm also considering cutting the top half of dress off and sewing the bottom half into a skirt with a bright pink or nude color slip underneath.The dress is NOT sewn into the slip, they are separate pieces. The slip is way too small, way too short and again, fits more like an XL. This did not bother me as I will either alter this dress into a skirt, or wear with my own shorts/tank top.This dress runs small, if you are big breasted, chubby or tall - order at least 2 sizes up. This dress would work really well for bottom heavy, large thighs and women with small chest.I’m honestly so in love with this dress. I’m going to a June wedding in Oklahoma and it is going to be HOT but it’s also a black tie event. So this is honestly going to be perfect for the weather. Based on the other reviews I read on here, you need to size up at least 2 times. I’m normally between an xl and xxl depending on where I shop. I’m a 38DD and around 230 lbs. I ordered a 5xl with the thought that even if it was a bit loose it would be fine. The chest area is a bit snug, but not uncomfortably. The waste is honestly perfect, I wouldn’t want it any tighter. The length is to just above my ankles and the sleeve go to just above my elbows, just as pictured on the product page. The sheer fabric is a BIT scratchy, but it’s really not that big of a deal. Only big negative I have is that the slip is ridiculously short. It comes to maybe 1/2 below my butt when I’m standing so I don’t want to even imagine what I would look like sitting down. Thankfully, they’re separate pieces so I can go and purchase a different slip to go underneath it. I highly recommend this dress though.. just make sure you majorly size up.The fit was odd and too large - very unflattering. The seams were also off and were already falling apart (before I even tried it on). I've been trying to return the item but the sellers email is not receiving the request, and it is very difficult to get any type of help.Arrived on time, beautiful dress. Only issue is that the waist is not well defined. Would need a belt or something to cinch the waist well. Apart from that this was a great buying experience.Dress did come with inner liningNunca llegó, me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo y al final me dijeron que mejor me regresaban el dinero y además se tardan de una a dos semana en devolverlo.
